NUANCE is built on pulped natural Brazilian coffee, soft washed Colombian coffee, and washed Ethiopian heirlooms for brightness and lift. Together, the components create a rounded and versatile cup with notes of milk chocolate, toffee, and orange.

For espresso, we recommend starting with a 1:2.2 ratio, using 18 grams of coffee in and 40 grams out in approximately 25–29 seconds. This recipe highlights the blend’s milk chocolate sweetness, toffee-like depth, and subtle citrus character while maintaining balance and clarity in the cup. The coffee’s rounded profile also makes it particularly well suited for cappuccinos, flat whites, and lattes.
For batch brewing, we recommend a 1:17 ratio, using 50 grams of coffee to 850 grams of water. This recipe performs beautifully on brewers such as the Fellow Aiden and Moccamaster, producing a sweet, balanced, and highly approachable cup with notes of milk chocolate, toffee, and orange.
