We recommend starting with a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio.
For Finca Milán, our preferred brewing method is the NextLevel Pulsar, especially with a 20–22 gram dose, where the wider coffee bed helps promote even extraction and clarity. This brewer allows the coffee’s vibrant fruit character and complexity to express fully while maintaining balance in the cup.
Start with a medium grind and aim for a total brew time of around 4 minutes. If your brew lands near that range and tastes balanced, your grind setting is likely in a good place. Small adjustments can reveal new layers of sweetness, texture, and aroma.
