His work is rooted in a strong belief in regenerative agriculture, protecting the soil, supporting biodiversity, and building a healthier future for the farmers and families connected to Suke Quto. This USDA Organic certified coffee reflects that commitment through careful farming, selective harvesting, and thoughtful processing. In the cup, it brings a bright and elegant profile with notes of peach, lemon, and soft florals, offering clarity, sweetness, and a delicate, tea-like finish.

We recommend starting with a 1:18 coffee-to-water ratio, which provides an excellent total extraction level and maximizes flavor pulled out of the ground coffee. For our single origin coffees we recommend a pour over method either on a Chemex, V60 or Kalita Wave on a 5 or 6 grind setting.
