Every green bean we select is ethically sourced and chosen for its rarity, grown with respect for both the land and the people behind it. We started with a simple idea: to bring rare, carefully sourced coffees to Los Angele; coffees with clarity, character, and a true sense of place.
Our co-founders bring a combined half-century of coffee experience across international and U.S. markets, shaped by time spent at origin and alongside some of the industry’s most respected roasters. That experience informs how we source, roast, and present every coffee.
Every coffee we offer is selected with intention. We focus on small-lot, seasonal coffees that reflect the work behind them: variety, process, and origin. We value long-term relationships, transparency, and quality at every step, choosing coffees not for consistency alone, but for their individuality.
